Single Sphere EPDM NBR CR Expand Joint Rubber Flanges
Product Description
Rubber Flanges are flexible pipe connectors manufactured with EPDM, NBR or CR elastomer, reinforced by multi-layer nylon cord and steel wire rings. Equipped with carbon steel/stainless steel floating flanges, they are widely installed between pumps, chillers and piping systems to absorb axial, lateral & angular displacement, isolate vibration, reduce pipeline noise and compensate thermal expansion.
- EPDM version: For hot/cold water, seawater, acid & alkali solution, outdoor HVAC systems
- NBR version: Excellent resistance to mineral oil, diesel, hydraulic fluid and edible grease
- CR neoprene version: General-purpose for compressed air & mixed light oil-water medium
